Or should I say Fix-A-Bubble? Some tire troubles delayed our arrival to Reading, and it didn't help that a church who all but promised to help, held us up for a week while awaiting approval from their board, so we decided to just go ahead without them. So right now we are in the parking lot of Calvary Bible Fellowship Church preparing to do an outreach here in Reading. We took a short trip through Reading tonight, and it is a much larger city than we anticipated. God is continuing to bless our ministry, while also teaching us to put our trust and faith in Him. We will be here for a short while, and then be heading towards Pittsburgh - home of my beloved STEELERS! (So if anyone has tickets to a November game, I'll be glad to take them off your hands!) We may make a stop in Johnstown, as a church has showed possible interest there. As a family tonight we were reading (reading in Reading ha, ha) Romans 8, and Bailey thought it would be neat to memorize If God is for us who can be against us? Many can try, but we will always persevere. Please be praying for a fruitful ministry here, and for doors to open at our next stops. Mainly Johnstown, Pittsburgh and Charleston, West Virginia. All for Gods glory.
Peace & Grace

I perpetually pray for your ministry. I'm reading a book, gave to me by an Elder at Pinelands Community Church called The Externally Focused Church. It resounds in me the message they are sending in the book. God knew this would be put in my hands so that I may serve the Lord and his Kingdom as Four Disciples Mission does. What I have attained so far from the book is the church, to thrive and serve the Lord, must be "externally focused". A community that a church gets involved hands on in every aspect shoul feel the churches absence should it ever stop doing exterally focused ministry. Painting schools, winterinzing elderly peoples homes, helping the local fire department dig fire lines or wash trucks, volunteering at the local teen crisis center. The Church need to go to the community and stop waiting for the community to come to it. Through efforts of love and kindness people will want to find out more about this God that moves us to give unconditionally and work onto his glory. I see Four Disciples Mission efforts on trying to get churches to be Externally focused. I pray for your successes in motivating the church to do exactly what it needs to do to get the good news out through good deeds of love, help and support and meeting community needs.
God will lead me to do the same for our community and church.
Blessed are those who serve the Lord and his Kingdom.
I must express
We are saved solely through the Blood of Jesus.
Our Salvation is not aquired through our works. Never-the-less the filling of the holy sprirt once born into our new lives motivates us to serve him in works and is done to the Glory of God and not onto ourselves. For that I am blessed.
