The Gospel of Matthew tells us "do not worry," that God knows our needs. Seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness and these needs will be added to us. As Four Disciples Mission seeks to further God's kingdom by His strength and for His glory, we see how He provides. I would like to take the time to give you a testimony of examples. As we travel to Heislerville, NJ to reach out and feed some homeless in Vineland both physically and spiritually, we have recieved much support from brothers and sisters in Christ. A woman has agreed to open her home for our family. We will be going there tonight. We are so thankful for this as the bus is not well insulated, and the weather hasn't warmed up much. Then next week we will be traveling to the Lakewood, NJ area where someone there has alredy contacted me (via Facebook), and has agreed to open her home to us. God has also provided us with many people who have not only requested we visit their church, but have opened their homes to us. I'm beginning to wonder if we even need a bus/RV (we haven't decided what to call it yet). The final modifications are done, and all the things we set out to do while in south Jersey have been accomplished successfully. Now we are truly and technically on our mission. He has surrounded us with people who have encouraged us and also have helped me do things that I was personally putting off because I wasn't sure how to accomplish them. God has provided people with the wisdom to help me hook up my trailer lights, propane, and to even get the letters on the bus. There has also been help with the website and blog page. Hope you will visit regularly. Thank you God for seeing my needs and providing as You promised through Your word. Remember there is one thing God can't do . . . He can't lie, so if you read it in His word you can bet it's true.
Peace & Grace
Doug & Family
